- By booking this property you agree that you have fully read and will follow all house rules ,terms, policies, and conditions. By booking you also agree to automatically comply to the immediate termination of your reservation if you or any of your party breaks any rules, terms, policies, and conditions without reimbursement. • Check-in time is 4PM. • Check out is 11AM. • We provide limited paper towel, toilet paper and dish detergent. Please purchase any additional items you may need when you run out. • WiFi instructions are at the property and listed in WiFi instructions. • Please do not park oversize vehicles in the driveway/carport. When parking on the street, please ensure that you park in the direction of the flow of traffic to avoid violations. • Please do not block the neighbors driveway or garage. • Some pets approved with an additional pet fee. • No Smoking inside the property. • No parties or large gatherings. • No more than the maximum number of 2 people. • Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9am. • It is important to respect the neighbors and additional guests. • No additional guest allowed at the property during quit hours. • Please let us know if you are booking for someone else. We reserve the right to cancel without refund if you do not let us know that you are booking for someone else. Retaliation Clause: By booking you agree that you are making this reservation in good will. Also that you agree to Not damage the property or any of its contents. If in any case you are unhappy because of our rules, consequences, and/or the results of a resolution you will choose to not retaliate. If so we have the right to litigate against you. Fees: $50 - Late Check-Out (past 11 am) fee and $10 for every additional minute. Extra guests are $20 per night (requires approval). Smoking, vaping and use of E-cigarettes is allowed on the back deck and in the rear yard ONLY. Smoking in the home will incur a $500 Penalty and immediate removal from the property without any refunds. *If you break the house rules. You will be asked to leave immediately. There are Absolutely NO REFUNDS IF YOU BREAK THE HOUSE RULES.
